You won’t have everyone starring at you, you will be more motivated(hopefully) and you will save money while losing weight. At Home Cardio through DVD Workouts
Yes DVD workouts actually do work and there is no one in particular that you have to choose. The great thing is that you can find one that you like and are going to stick with and get right to work in front of your television. These happen to be one of the best ways to get you motivated and heart rate going. There are a lot to choose from and they are usually less than twenty dollars. What I suggest is picking one that is fun and if you find that it is getting too easy just pick up your intensity or buy a new one.
Work Your Butt Off on the Treadmill
The treadmill is a great piece of equipment for those who wish to workout in privacy. One of my favorite at home cardio routines involves doing interval training on the treadmill. This takes me only about 20 minutes to complete and trust me you will burn about 10 times the amount of calories that most people do. Start with a five minute warm-up and then pick it up to a level where you are sprinting and sprint for about 30-45 seconds. After that bring it to a low level for 60 seconds so that you can rest and then it is back to level 8-10 for another 30-45 seconds. Repeat this for about 4-5 times and follow with a 5 minute cool down.
Jumping Rope At Home for Cardio
Jumping rope is not just for guys in the gym or boxers, but if you look at most of them they are completely ripped. That is because jumping rope happens to be one of the best at home cardio exercises out there. I will bet that you could not jump rope for 3 minutes without either messing up or having to stop. I suggest jumping rope for about 5 minutes each day non-stop and if you mess up you have to start over and continue until you finish.
There a lot of cardio workouts that you can do at home you just need to pick one that you will continue to do and can keep you interested. Starting something and stopping before it even has a chance to work is what so many be get wrong.
